Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order has shipped.
Please note: Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We currently offer Economy Shipping (5–8 business days) via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $75.

Shipping Protection + Lost Packages
Pétales en Fleurs is not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered complete.
If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
Tip: Double-check your shipping address before submitting your order to avoid delays.
